What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your phone number and what you tell us. Our web host also keeps basic visit logs, such as pages viewed and the type of browser used.

How we use it

We use what you send only to answer you, to check whether we can help, and to set up a meeting. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our attorneys and intake staff, and the service providers who run our website and phone systems, under agreements to keep it private.

How long we keep it

If we don't take your case, we delete your form message after a year. If we do, it becomes part of your file and is kept as the rules for lawyers' files require.
