Daniel Ferreira
Staff attorney, Chapter 13 and foreclosure
Daniel handles Chapter 13 plans and foreclosure defense, in English or Spanish.
Daniel came to Clearway from a firm that represented lenders, so he knows how the other side reads a foreclosure file. Now he uses that to keep people in their homes.
He builds Chapter 13 plans that a household can actually keep up with, and he walks clients through every payment and every hearing until the plan is done.

How I work
A Chapter 13 plan lasts three to five years. That's a long time to keep a promise, so I'd rather write a plan you can live with than one that looks good on paper and falls apart in month eight.
When a foreclosure notice arrives, the clock matters. Call early. There are usually more options in the first few weeks than people expect, and fewer every week after.
